To accelerate Meta’s path toward net-zero concrete, Arup delivered a scalable strategy for deep carbon reductions in structural elements. Partnering with Meta and regional suppliers, Arup combined mix optimization, structural redesign, and rigorous field trials to achieve a 35% carbon cut in challenging applications. Lessons learned informed Meta’s specifications and a second phase exploring breakthrough materials.
