USGBC Local Government Leadership Summit
May 27, 2026, 1pm - 4pm
Join USGBC as we gather in Berkeley, California for a local government leadership summit co-located with the USGBC California conference. We’ll discuss the region’s sustainability and green building successes, challenges and opportunities and work together to advance solutions and actionable next steps. You'll learn about USGBC’s program offerings targeted to local governments, including LEED, LEED for Cities, and a suite of education, policy and planning tools.
We encourage local government staff to attend including city and county planners, sustainability and resilience teams, building and facility managers, city/county managers, board and commission members, and elected officials to attend as well as federal, state and regional governments; NGOs; education and university partners; consultants and other companies that engage with local governments in the region.
Participants with their LEED GA or LEED AP will receive 3 continuing education units. We will also deliver AIA CEU.
