Enid Joffe has been involved in transportation electrification for the past 30 years. Ms. Joffe’s current company, Green Paradigm focuses on grant writing and equitable workforce development for electric transportation. Active projects include support for the South Coast Air Quality Management Program Replace Your Ride program, development of several charging technician training program for military Veterans and a work-based learning for high school students in the City of San Bernardino. Ms. Joffe is a graduate of Barnard College and has a Master’s Degree from UCLA. For more than a decade, she was active in local government in her hometown, including a term as Mayor of the City of Sierra Madre.
