Ignacio coordinates CCLR’s technical assistance program for redevelopment projects. Ignacio is a redevelopment expert having spent 20 years with the City of Emeryville’s Redevelopment Agency, where he was responsible for the city’s Brownfield Program that restored hundreds of acres for residential, open space and mixed-use. He has over 35 years of experience including: infill reuse, financial and feasibility analysis, grants, policy, environmental programs, and urban design. He holds a BS in Architecture from the University of the Philippines and an MCP from The University of California at Berkeley.
