Jenny is the Global Construction Sustainability Manager at Prologis, where she leads the creation and implementation of tools, policies, and processes that advance the company’s global sustainability goals for decarbonization and green building performance. She oversees initiatives that integrate carbon awareness and reduction strategies into design and development decisions, helping to drive measurable progress toward Prologis’s Net Zero commitment across the value chain by 2040. Jenny manages a global carbon accounting program that provides whole building life cycle data to inform strategy, guide investment decisions, and track carbon performance across projects. She also supports the global mandate to deliver all new developments to recognized green building certification standards and to continuously raise the bar for low-carbon construction practices. Working for the world’s leading owner, operator, and developer of industrial real estate, Jenny sits at the intersection of minimizing the environmental impact of development activity and advancing the next generation of sustainable industrial construction. Prior to her role at Prologis, Jenny worked as a Project Manager in land development and entitlements, spanning a variety of sectors including residential, construction, and now industrial real estate.
