Kate Voshell is the Senior Director for Builder and Developer Programs at Build It Green. She has spent over two decades working in all facets of affordable housing design and community development, including as a licensed architect for Gelfand Partners and an affordable housing development Project Manager at Chinatown Community Development Center. Most recently, she led a four-year program at Capital Impact Partners designed to assist community-based affordable housing developers from intentionally excluded communities build their businesses and grow their housing pipelines. She holds an MPA in sustainable management, and has applied a sustainability lens to projects and programs throughout her career.
