Cassidy Zublin is an Energy Consultant at Glumac with experience working on large-scale portfolio-level decarbonization planning for university campuses such as CSU East Bay, George Mason University, University of Southern California, CSU Fullerton, and more. Through work with the California Department of General Services, she led communications and analyses for 17 state agencies to develop practical and flexible Decarbonization Roadmaps to support the state's sustainability goals.

At this conference, she will share lessons from recent portfolio planning projects, including approaches to benchmarking, scenario modeling, and phased implementation that unlock near‑term emissions reductions while preserving long‑term flexibility.
