What does it mean to design for inclusivity and be able to embed health, beauty & nature into an affordable, community housing project? The Kelsey Civic Center is a new urban community providing 112 homes to people of all abilities, incomes & backgrounds in one of the USA’s most challenging & inequitable housing markets. Located across from San Francisco's City Hall, it represents the largest addition to housing for people with intellectual & developmental disabilities in the city to date.
