Michael Hsueh is a building science engineer with RDH who has spent the past 6 years helping clients resolve challenges relating to building enclosures. He focuses on the design, construction, and forensic investigation of enclosures in both new construction and for existing buildings. Prior to joining RDH, Michael worked for 6 years as an energy modeler and mechanical design engineer. Michael employs a holistic approach that combines expertise in enclosures and mechanical systems to draw out the full potential of both. He firmly believes that buildings are a fundamental component of adapting to and mitigating climate change. He has also contributed to the California Title 24 energy code and technology demonstrations of scalable deep energy retrofits.
