Kris Opbroek is a Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in leading complex projects in the design and construction industry. Kris has been a senior Project Manager at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for the last 12 years, currently serving as a Project Manager for the $2.6B design-build Terminal 3 Program. Previously, Kris served as a Project Manager for the $1.4B design-build Terminal 1 Program, which opened the last phase in June 2024. Kris has led the development of several guidance documents for the design and construction division at SFO, including the Delivering Exceptional Projects and the Principles of REACH documents.
