With a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Studies from Cornell University and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California's Sol Price School of Public Policy, Demitrius brings a robust foundation of knowledge to every project, and is motivated by a passion for building strong, inclusive, and prosperous communities.
