Nicole is the Chief Sustainability Strategist at Glumac, a full-service MEP engineering firm specializing in the sustainable design and operation of commercial, healthcare, institutional, science, and advanced technology buildings worldwide. She is responsible for leading the firm’s Sustainability Team in their work to create innovative, high-performance solutions for the built environment at all scales. Their goal is to cut energy and water use, drawdown carbon, adapt to climate change, and protect human health and ecological systems. Green Building & Design honored Nicole with the Women in Sustainability Leadership Award (WSLA) in 2016, one of 20 women globally.
