Whether leading large-scale bond programs with clients such as LACCD and LAUSD or overseeing state-of-the-art science facilities such as the South Pasadena STEM complex, Theater and Sports Complex, Deni is known for creating an environment of transparency and trust among clients, partners, and teams alike.

A proud graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Deni is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) and a Certified Construction Manager.
