A principal at CO Architects, Gina Chang has accelerated healing through design for more than 20 years. Specializing in space optimization, biophilic design, and enhancing the experiences of both patients and providers, she brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every project. As a project manager, healthcare architect and medical planner, Gina leads teams through some of the nation’s most innovative and ambitious healthcare initiatives. She is a strong advocate for environments that support wellness, viewing each project as a chance to create spaces that promote healing through intentional, human-centered design. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and is EDAC certified.
