Veronica is a transformational and influential leader with a deep passion for coaching, leadership development, and organizational growth. For more than 18 years in leadership, she has mentored and developed leaders across industries, supported by over 20 years of experience in the financial services and sales sectors. She holds a Bachelor's degree from CSUN, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from CBU, and is currently a Doctorate Candidate (E.D.D.) in Organizational Change and Administration at CBU, where her work centers on sustainable leadership, empowerment, and systemic transformation.

Veronica is a co-founding member of BYLD Network, an innovative platform providing essential home and lifestyle services with a strong focus on solar and sustainable energy solutions. Through BYLD Network, she helps expand access to nationwide residential and commercial solar services, empowering homeowners and businesses to reduce energy costs, increase efficiency, and contribute to long-term environmental and economic sustainability. The network also offers skilled trade and travel services designed to create scalable opportunities and financial independence.

She also serves as a leader within BYLDher, where she is dedicated to advancing women entrepreneurs by strengthening their business mindset, expanding leadership capacity, and supporting the growth of profitable, purpose-driven businesses.

In addition, Veronica is a passionate Board Director for Time for Change Foundation, an organization committed to empowering disenfranchised families as they transition from homelessness and recidivism to economic prosperity and holistic well-being.

With extensive experience creating, developing, and leading women’s leadership and entrepreneurial initiatives, programs, and projects, Veronica is deeply committed to building pathways for impact, equity, and generational change.
