Chris Magnani is a Senior Project Manager at CodeGreen, where he oversees the LEED Operations & Maintenance program, helping real estate portfolios earn sustainability certifications and improve building performance. Previously, he worked at Columbia University’s Earth Institute analyzing flood risk in New York State. Additionally, he worked with EN‑POWER Group in New York City, where he analyzed compliance with NYC’s Local Law regulations for commercial buildings. He also attended Columbia University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Development.
