We’d like you to invite you to become a mentor for a student or emerging professional at the 2025 California Green Building Conference. As part of a new mentorship program we are launching for the Conference, USGBC-CA is offering a bundled ticket option that covers general admission for you plus a sponsored ticket for a mentee. 

Supporting the next generation of sustainability professionals is vital to all that we do, and having the opportunity to connect an emerging professional in this Conference space is both fun and will provide long-term impact.

As a mentor, you will be:

• Matched with a mentee with aligning career goals and interests
• Invited to coffee and breakfast the morning of the conference to meet with your mentee
• Encouraged to provide guidance and strategy on your mentee’s Conference experience, including identifying key exhibitors, sessions, and partners to meet or attend
