Getting low-carbon materials out of the lab and onto the jobsite is where decarbonizing construction gets hard. This session, moderated by USGBC California's Colin Mangham (CXO), brings together four Net Zero Accelerator (NZA) member companies working on lower-carbon, circular, and high-performance building materials to talk through what it actually takes to reach the market. Drawing on the NZA's experience connecting innovators with industry leaders and real-world pilot opportunities, panelists will share the partnerships, procurement pathways, and deployment strategies that move a promising material from first pilot to standard spec—and what it will take to scale across California and beyond.
