As Director of Sustainability at Lincoln, Lindsey Pierson leads a team responsible for advancing corporate initiatives and delivering advisory services that help clients achieve their sustainability and business objectives across asset classes. By leveraging innovative technologies and strategies for energy efficiency, decarbonization, and portfolio performance, Lindsey helps shape Lincoln’s most forward-thinking programs and client solutions.

Lindsey works across Lincoln’s service lines to develop practical strategies that support asset performance and long-term value creation. She has led efforts to register Lincoln as a WELL at Scale participant, Fitwel Champion, and participant in the LEED Volume Program for Industrial Assets, helping expand Lincoln’s approach to healthy, high-performing, and sustainable buildings.
