With over 18 years of leadership in sustainable design, materials, and construction, Megan White excels at spearheading complex, large-scale projects and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable climate and sustainability outcomes. Her work focuses on systemic challenges including whole-life carbon, ethical supply chains, social equity, nature preservation, and human well-being.
Megan is a systems thinker and process author who partners with clients advancing innovation and ESG strategy. She has led sustainability strategy for some of the world’s largest LEED Platinum and Living Building Challenge certified projects.
Megan currently serves on the board of directors for the USGBC California chapter and on the USGBC LEED BD&C Consensus Committee, helping to develop the LEED v5 rating systems.
Before joining Firecrown, Megan led sustainability at Webcor, served as Chief Sustainability Officer and VP of ESG at Introba (formerly Integral Group), developed Sidara’s ESG program, and was VP of Operations at All About Waste.
Megan is passionate about advancing decarbonization, unlocking the circular economy, and accelerating a regenerative shift across the built environment.
