Anish Tilak is the Associate Director of Building Performance & Sustainability at Eden Housing, where he leads the organization's green building and decarbonization efforts. Prior to this role, Anish worked with RMI’s Carbon-Free Buildings program on policy and market development activities to scale low-embodied carbon materials. Anish applies a depth of industry experience and subject matter expertise to develop scalable approaches to decarbonize the built environment. He has worked extensively with project teams in the commercial and institutional sectors, managing analysis that supports net-zero energy design, building electrification, low-carbon concrete, mass timber construction, and renewable energy microgrids.

Vicente Gonzalez is a Sustainable Housing Analyst at Eden Housing, where he analyzes data and communicates across teams to increase sustainable development and resource efficiencies. His work objective is to create the greatest positive impact possible to benefit our residents, Eden Housing, and the environment as a whole. Vicente is a UC Berkeley graduate with a major in Conservation and Resource Studies, with a concentration on Sustainable Development in Business and Society and a minor in Sustainability.
