Rachelle is a licensed engineer with 7 years of experience as a structural engineer and previous director of sustainability at Glotman Simpson. She’s had the opportunity to work on a variety of structures, including K-12, higher education, multi-family residential, mixed-use development, and high-rise construction. She is the Chair of the SEAOC Sustainability Design Committee, Co-Lead for CLF-LA and a member of the AIA California embodied carbon working group. Her current role as Low-carbon product lead at CLF-HQ focuses on advancing the research and use of low carbon construction materials.
