Jill Bushman serves as a Project Manager at Willdan, focusing on the California Energy Design Assistance (CEDA) program. She brings a wealth of experience from over six years of working on different California utility programs across commercial, residential and industrial sectors. While early on in her career, she has led meetings with hundreds of different project teams, liaising each project through completion. She continues to consult on the most sustainable paths forward for dozens of building types.

Jill is based in San Diego and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Davis where the environmentally committed and acclaimed campus also piqued her interest and career path in sustainability.

Tina Hendrix, Affiliate AIA|LA is a Program Outreach Manager at Willdan, the implementer of the statewide new construction program known as CEDA, the California Energy Design Assistance program. Tina is based in Temecula, CA and her professional background for the past two decades as has been in the commercial lighting industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in City Planning from San Diego State University.
