Sophie Pennetier is Founder of DIGNE, developing circular building products and transforming construction waste into valuable resources. A structural engineer and entrepreneur with 18 years of expertise in façades, specialty glass, and sustainability, she works across consulting, contracting, manufacturing, and academia. Her work focuses on glass recycling, material recovery, and developing new applications for end-of-life building materials. Sophie teaches Structures, Facades Tectonics, and Embodied Carbon at SCI-Arc and connects industry, research, and education to advance practical solutions for circular construction and lower carbon emissions.
