TJ Moon acts as the sustainability, climate resiliency, and equity officer for LA County Public Works. As part of his efforts, he facilitates InfrastructureLA—a partnership of local agencies, collaborating across multiple disciplines, to seek funding opportunities, build support and effectively create resilient, equitable infrastructure for LA communities and residents. He is a highly experienced engineer and has dedicated over 24 years to advancing infrastructure and environmental projects. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an M.S. from California State University, Los Angeles.
