Please join the Southern California Regional Energy Network (SoCalREN)'s  Regional Workforce Alliance Meeting on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 11:30 am to 2pm at the Energy Education Center in Tulare, CA with a demonstration project tour to follow.

 
The  SoCalREN Regional Workforce Alliance brings together industry, local government, community based organizations, training, and education stakeholders to collaborate, network, share tools and resources, and take meaningful action that will advance our region’s workforce ecosystem. The purpose is to gain and provide insight on programs, policies, opportunities, gaps and challenges facing workforce development initiatives in southern California.

The Venue

Located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, one of the world’s most productive agricultural regions, Southern California Edison’s (SCE) Energy Education Center – Tulare provides the latest information, tools, and resources to help Central California residents and businesses – including manufacturers, farmers, dairies and food processors – make better energy decisions.

This facility also features a number of displays on efficient and sustainable technologies, including an outdoor demonstration area showcasing energy-saving solutions for agricultural applications.

The Southern California Regional Energy Network is administered by the County of Los Angeles and funded by California utility ratepayers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
